Plant Coordinator

**Description**:** External Manufacturing Operations**- Oversee and manage the daily activities of the assigned external manufacturing facility.- Ensure adherence to production schedules and product manufacturing in compliance with company and industry standards.- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.- Support and work closely with Plant Operation Manager for any continuous improvement project**Quality Assurance**- Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures.- Coordinate with the external manufacturers to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions**Communication and Coordination**- Communicate effectively with external manufacturers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.- Coordinate with the Plant Operations Manager to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.- Regularly collect and report production data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.**Qualifications**:** Education**:Diploma degree/Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering**Experience**:Three years of supervisory experience.**Other Qualifications**:- English language skill written and spoken.- Good understanding of agricultural manufacturing processes and industry standards.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
