Plant Hr Manager

**Reporting Line**: report to the HR Director

**Requirement**:
+ Having more than 8 years proven hands on end to end lead the implementation, standardize, adapt & develop Human Resources initiatives, processes, and tools at plant to meet business requirements. Also build the Plant HR team and capability to ensure consistent delivery of Plant HR agenda such as overseeing employee engagement, administration of hiring, retention, employee systems and records, legal compliance, and long-term staffing strategies especially Employee & Industrial Relation including General Affair matters, SAP experience is a plus

+ Expert with HR and Industrial & Labour Relation, Laws affecting human resources administration, Unionized Manufacturing environment

+ Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills, strategic management of workforce, strong analytical, problem-solving skills, great verbal and written communications skills (not afraid to speak up when required)

+ Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related fields

**Salary**: From Rp25,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Plant HR especially Industrial & Labour Relation: 8 years (required)
