**Job Role**:
Factory Operation
**- Ensure that a high standard and Protocol of Health & Safety is achieved and maintained, & continuously promote "See it, Own it" culture.
- Ensure that all production activity meets both internal company standards and external regulatory requirements with respect to health, safety, environment, etc., to ensure the company obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with.
- Ensure that the finished products are produced to set quality standards by implementing effective control systems in the end-to-end Supply Chain process.
- Plan and organize the deployment of plant resources and scheduling of work to meet agreed production plans & cost effectively.
- Ensure maximization of human resources by recruiting, training and retraining an efficient workforce to achieve set company objectives.
- Cooperate with HR to manage and control workforce discipline and all IR related issues.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team and ensure that adequate supplies of raw materials and consumables are made available for the plant to meet production targets.
- Cooperate with Purchasing in raw material and machine parts sourcing by providing technical supports and production trials.
- Ensure that the entire plant operates smoothly by implementing maintenance procedures for optimum performance.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual plans and budgets for both organizational and capital resources for the plant so that they are realistic and enable productive capacity to match sales forecasts needs
- Implement and adhere to all Internal Control Rules and the Code of Business Conduct in your area of responsibilities.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations.
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
- Monitor operations performance and trigger corrective actions for any shortfalls.
Reporting to Manufacturing Head
Leading approx. 50 personnel in Operation.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma, Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering.
- Manage people, very good integration skills in terms of different cultures and qualifications.
- Sound technical and technological skills, coupled with the ability to improvise.
- Have a sound HSE & Lean manufacturing mindset
- Ability to identify problems and plan remedial actions i.e. troubleshoot both technical and management problems.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce while attempting to gain their support towards achieving the Company's objectives.
- Ability to make decisions that require sound judgment and foresight into possible consequences.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
