Principal responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe, standard, efficient, and reliable operation of Power Plant and Air Separation
Unit Plant
- Regularly do and report plants inspection, LLF and log sheets, operation's preventive maintenance
(PM), and minor Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks
- Report finding parameter issue, safety issue to Shift Supervisor or and above level
- Provide supplement invoice data, plants daily reports, toolkit data, and KPl's data
- Join with Shift Supervisor for clearly plants hand over to next shift group
- Create notification in system when found any parameters issues, plants issue, and safety issue
- Follow the company safety standards, safety procedures, safety policy/ rules.
- Create all parts of Permit to Work based on person authorized list
- A member of Emergency Respond Team, report near miss report, support in creating accidence report, and contribute in safety meeting
- Learning modules in LIMSS, traccess, and related raining materials
- Assist Shift Supervisor or and above level in collecting and analyzing data and maintains equipment prudently in accordance with industry standards and site maintenance procedure.
- Responsible to maintain plant area kept in clean and tidy
- Responds to emergency call refer to plant problem as soon as possible and support for plant problem investigation to bring equipment capable and safe back to normal operation
Required key skills (functional/technical)
- Have good knowledge of plant operations philosophy and model
- Good oral and excellent written communication skills
- Understanding of the systems and processes used
- Flexibility in using different approaches to influence behaviours from staff at various levels
- Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS)
techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis.
- Have sufficient training for major type of equipment such as Pump, Compressor and other rotating
equipment's.
- Have good knowledge of philosophy in conditioning and monitoring.
- Demonstrated operation maintenance capability to do machine diagnostic fault analyses and good knowledge of mechanical machinery principles.
- Familiar with common technical tools and good maintenance product.
- Sufficient communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
