PLC Support (1 year fixed term contract)
PURPOSE
The PLC Support role is responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Business Unit in executing various projects, including but not limited to new product development, site transfers, and formula, process, or packaging improvement initiatives. This includes ensuring projects are delivered within the respective timelines and financial parameters while aligned to Safety, GMP, and Regulatory standards.
Analyze production data using statistical tools and prepare technical documents to summarize findings.
Develop conceptual ideas and explore innovative approaches to technologies, formulations, and statistical methods.
Contribute to projects with a broad impact on plant operations, requiring high levels of interaction and leadership across all levels of plant personnel.
MAJOR TASKS
Support the project team in coordinating with internal functions within the Manufacturing Business Unit to ensure project timelines are optimized.
Prepare all necessary documentation to support project management, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
Execute the project and all associated activities effectively.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Preferably a Pharmacist or a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
Relevant Experience:
Ideally 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on GMP, occupational safety and health, environmental control, and compliance with relevant government regulations in quality control operations.
Experience in formulation development, technology, production, regulatory requirements, and quality control.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical machinery, project management, production and packaging processes, stability studies, change management, and supplier qualification.
Key Competencies:
Flexibility to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment, depending on project needs.
Demonstrated competencies include problem-solving, practical judgment, initiative/assertiveness, job knowledge, leadership, planning and organizing, attention to detail, sense of urgency, creativity, innovation, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Communication:
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
