Join us to empower more businesses with technology.**Job Descriptions**:- Working closely with the management team; finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues.- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.- Monitor the overall performance of relevant stakeholders.- Coordinating the development of SOP, manual, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable a successful implementation of new business/project.- Visualize overall project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks.- Ensure that PMO processes are aligned with the overall strategy and goals of the organization.- Create opportunities to drive impact by leveraging each person's strengths to build high-performing teams.**Requirements**:- Experience in the consulting field for at least 2 years, preferably in a Big 4 firm, **in a role such as assistant manager or manager.**:- Experience in handling multiple projects, on both the strategy and operations sides of the business, is preferred.- Basic accounting and financial services knowledge is desired but not required.- Familiarity with the SaaS industry is preferred.- Adaptable, agile, and willing to learn.- Extensive analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.- Highly collaborative "team player" mindset with the ability to work together to find solutions to issues and problems.- Strong work ethic and proven track record working in teams.- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Finance/Business or another quantitative discipline.**Working Arrangement: Hybrid****Office location: Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia.**- Don't forget to check our Recruitment FAQ at **bit.ly/RecruitmentFAQ-Mekari** (ENG) or **bit.ly/RekrutmenMekari-FAQ** (INA) to find the answers to commonly-asked questions regarding our recruitment process.We wish you the best.
