Job Description1. Project staff attendance management and daily operation of Project Management Office2. Define and create delivery program/processes and tools necessary to ensure a successful execution of the project3. Create accurate, professional and timely reporting of project status and outcomes to all stakeholders, improvement of delivery processes to ensure the project meet its schedule.4. Project documentation management5. BOQ reconciliation and billing to customer on time based on each payment milestone6. Meet Project Cash collection target7. Procurement and Process Management,Vendor management and PO issuing and payment to sub-con and supplier8. Warehouse and material management9. Vehicle management10. Manage IT toolsets, including documentation management and communications11. Other tasks assigned by GPMRequirement1. Bachelor's degree or above2. Be familiar with OSP project3. With at least two years of PMO work experience4. Good at problem solving and working in multiple culture and high pressure environment5. Good at communication, coordination6.
