**Job Description Summary**: This position is responsible for providing formal technical and clinical support during the sales process supporting the Point of Care segments. Responsibilities include providing pre-sale product demonstrations (clinical trial support) and post-sale installation, training and ongoing customer support across our Point of Care ultrasound portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities/essential functions include**:
- Provides technical and clinical leadership by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits for the POC ultrasound portfolio for customers, dealers and internal GE personnel.
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers, CP and GE Personnel for the POC ultrasound portfolio.
- Monitor customer installations within the designated counties to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
- Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
- Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.
- Act as a mentor to field team, providing clinical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience for the GE Point of Care Channel partners.
- Energize CP team and maintain adherence of field processes.
- Collect, analyse and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information.
- Educate, coach and direct the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the POC ultrasound portfolio.
- Work to develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminary collaborations.
- Build Key Opinion Leaders network within the designated coverage areas/ countries.
- Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders.
- Is responsible to regularly have "infield coaching" sessions with CP POC team members: for example, how differentiating and presenting the value of product and understanding the market. Provides regular, timely and productive development feedback.
**Required Characteristics**:
- At least one of the following core experiences:
- Minimum of 3 years clinical/ technical experience as a general sonographer or;
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport, collaboration and influence.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.
- Demonstrated a high degree of cultural EQ, ability to work across business and culturally diverse environments.
- Proficient in English, written and speaking.
- Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
