**SCOPE OF WORK**:
- Participate in daily and weekly deliverables on specific issues.
- Contribute to comprehensive reports and provide analysis/insights on specific issues (economy and business, security, defence, aerospace).
- Participate in research projects.
- Provide analysis and key takeaways on current issues to meet the needs of our clients.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Broad knowledge of economic, trade, political, security, defence and/or aerospace trends **in Indonesia.**:
- In-depth knowledge on policies and decision-making process that could affect local dynamics **in Indonesia.**:
- High agility and adaptability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong understanding and commitment to research ethics and integrity.
- Critical thinking skill to analyse emerging issues **in Indonesia** with both micro and macro perspectives.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with high level of attention to detail, to ensure accuracy in research findings and to avoid errors in data interpretation.
- Solid understanding in various methodologies to analyse data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Laptop/PC.
