Porfolio Development Associate

**About the role**You will collaborate with a team dedicated to the meticulous upkeep of portfolios, promptly addressing any arising issues, and consistently nurturing partnerships with developers. You will hold the primary responsibility as our point of contact with our Developer Partner.**What You Will Do**- Understanding and identifying every unique need of assigned projects Pinhome has invested by closely monitoring each project and conducting regular visits to Developer Partner.- Be the main point of contact for each project assigned and will be hands-on handling the negotiation with the stakeholders.- Cultivating and managing relationships with the developers in assigned projects.- Finding root causes and proposing solutions to improve the business over time.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help facilitate every Developer's needs.**What You Will Need**- Bachelor's degree from top local/abroad universities.- Has a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the property industry and business development.- Strong negotiation, sales and problem solving skills.- A relationship based mindset is also significantly needed for the role.- Good communication & project management skills (proven by previous experiences).- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with the developers and other stakeholders in each project assigned.**About the team**You will collaborate with a team known for its quick work pace, proficiency with developers, and exceptional problem-solving skills, all backed by extensive experience in these areas.
