Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

The Portfolio Development Executive represents Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) cloud-enabled industry solution portfolios to the markets, and research and identify potential end-users, coordinate with sales and presales teams to build pipelines, advance pipeline progress and business growth, drive end-to-end sales closure process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform business development leadership and ownership of pipeline creation, growth, and closure to land prospective net-new customers
- Plan and execute pipeline funnel creation through physical/online marketing events based on strategic identification and analysis of the total-addressable-market (TAM) to support the achievement of Indonesia's sales quota achievement
- Lead and coordinate with field marketing team to execute marketing plans with non-transacting partners (exp. Government agencies, industry associations and 3rd party vendors) for the identified TAMs
- Identify latest key industrial market trends, competitive information, and curate localized marketing messaging to generate market awareness and thought leadership
- Create and propagate specific sales and marketing programs/promotions for sales and partners to execute
- Perform high pipelines qualification acumen to ensure good quality pipeline funnel transition towards sales closure
- Create and perform presentation to prospective customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with sales and presales teams, including channel partners' team to develop customer proposals subsequently
- Collaborate with partner development team to identify potential partnership within defined markets and recommend partner business plan

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering/Computing or equivalent
- Strong interest in IT Technologies, Manufacturing, IoT and Industry 4.0 themes
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art product design or engineering or manufacturing systems would be an added advantage

**Competencies**:

- Proven minimum 10 years of working experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive or relevant role in the business of industry software
- Experience of successful business collaborations with Government agencies, industry associations and 3rd party vendors would be an added advantage
- Demonstrated savvy online experience of end-users prospecting through usage of digital social media tools such as (exp. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc)
- Ability to lead and work independently and confidently in analysing market requirements and transform them into workable solution packages
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
- Excellent sales and relation building skills
- Dynamic with excellent leadership and high level of accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and self-motivated
- IT savvy and able to multitasks
- Travelling is required and ability to travel within a short notice is a must
