Ability in Adobe (Illustrator & photoshop) & Sketchup

Collaborate with procurement in pitching process

Design POSM (shopblind, poster, standee, gondola, etc)

Brief vendor to do production

Collaborate with expedition vendor to deliver POSM to stores or distributors

Develop category & awareness by store branding

Market visit to get insight & idea

Alignment with other function to provide POSM related to trade promotion

Monitor permanent POSM investment

Picture of Success Development

POSM budget management
