**Responsibilities**:
- Handling and evaluating the implementation of sales/insurances premis acquisition process at the Branch Office effectively according to the system and procedures while analyzing data and monitoring sales performance to achieve some specific sales targets.
- Ensuring the high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely assistance.
- Handling and evaluating the implementation of the claim and claim collection process at the Branch Office to support the achievement of investment results as well as excellent service to customers.
- Conduct a regular performance evaluation and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure the team members meet their performance goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or another related fields.
- Have a strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge in terms of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales techniques.
- Have a strong business acumen skill and able to think strategically.
- Have an excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace while adapting to changing business or corporate priorities.
- Experienced in sales leadership roles within the insurance industry, with a great track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
