**About the job**:
- Develop and implement solutions/dashboards in close collaboration with Controlling / Application Management and IT
- Evaluate business processes, carry out continuous reviews, identify areas of improvement
- Gather, review and analyze business requirements, ensure that solutions meet the needs and requirements of the organisation
- Data visualization through implementing Power BI Dashboard
- Perform and/or support user acceptance testing
- Serve as a liaison between Controlling/Application Management and IT
- Experience Required:
- 3+ years of Power BI report building, preferably within Finance sector
- C1 English proficiency (speaking & writing)
**About you**:
- Strong experience with custom visuals, dynamic reporting best practices data modelling, performance-oriented apps, and row level security
- Ability to design, build and deploy interactive user interfaces for interrogating data
- Experience with DAX data modelling, table relationships and optimization
- Familiarity with BI Technologies (Tableau, QlickSenseor similar)
- Proficient in writing SQL, DAX, and M (Power Query Formula Language)
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Confident communication with stakeholders of all levels including ability to advise and support clients where necessary
- Understanding of data structures (data cube knowledge)
- Nice to have:
- Insurance and reinsurance industry experience is a strong advantage
- Experience of working in an agile environment (Scrum)
- Experience with Snowflake Data Cloud
