**Position Overview**:
- Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities to drive traffic to stores or retail and while being aligned with Marcomm KPI and goals.
- Be a strong partner to Brand Team in driving our offline and online business for e-retailers.
- Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to contribute ideas for improving brand's voice and online presence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for PR & Digital initiatives and digital campaign management
- Responsible for planning and implementing PR campaigns in line with the marketing calendar and business goals.
- Regularly research and source partners/influencers, create relationships and maintain a database of online and offline contacts.
- Use search and insight tools to support campaigns.
- Plan and execute PR launch events or in-store events for KOL/ Media/ Consumers in order to create brand image and brand awareness.
- Plan, source, and evaluate content for multiple social media platforms.
- Work across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy, and PR opportunities.
- Work closely with Content Creator to build close knitted relationships with KOLS & press for online features or content videos.
- Manage social media account postings on social media.
- Giving full support, planning, managing, actively involve and attending marketing events.
- Maintain good relationship with media, KOL, and marketplace owner.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Min. bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or any related
- Minimum 3 years managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
- Having experience in beauty industry is preferred.
- Excellent PR and communication skill.
- Eager to learn, hardworking, fast learner.
