**Position Overview**:
- Lead PR & Digital aspect in Indonesia physically under guidance of Country Manager, Regional & Local Brand team.
- Be a strong partner to Brand Team in driving our offline and online business for e-retailers.
- Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities able to drive traffic to stores or retail. Being aligned with collective KPI and goals by working with Marketing Team to organize PR/KOL events and Trade events (Beauty Classes, CRM events) for key campaigns to achieve overall campaign goals.
- Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to contribute ideas for improving brand's voice and online presence.
- Compile marketing reports which include post event recaps and campaign launch analysis in the PR & Digital aspect
**Responsibilities**:
Public Relations
- Responsible for creating strategy, implementation, and analysis of ATL Digital placement to increase brand awareness and strengthen the brands' image as an international brand as well as increasing purchase intentions at e-commerce and at the counters.
- Driving PR results by creating & executing PR projects and initiatives locally based on budget.
- Responsible for planning and implementing PR campaigns in line with marketing calendar and business goals.
- Plan and execute PR launch events or in-store events for KOL/ Media/ Consumers in order to create brand image and brand awareness.
- Ensure the development of a strong relationship with top KOLS and media partners for earned media coverage.
- Work across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy and PR opportunities.
- Drive special PR sends & press releases for new launches and campaigns - PR stock ordering, packing, and seeding out.
- Regularly research, source, identify relevant partners/influencers/KOLs for campaign launches, maintain good relationship with KOLs to help achieve brand love and alleviate overall brand image through earned content creation.
- Researching beauty trends, competitor behavior and emerging media in order to innovate.
- Be the main contact point in planning, managing, actively involving, and attending marketing events.
- Create integrated plans to support communication and promotional activities from the brands.
Digital
- Responsible for creating the brands' digital asset accounts and maximizing the potential and use of these digital assets.
- Plan, source and evaluate content for multiple social media platforms.
- Manage and execute planning, creative and budgets for paid social media campaigns.
- Support/develop social media content strategy to increase social reach and engagement.
- Execution of digital ad buy for social media Ads Manager platform.
- Grow brand visibility on our e-retailers' website including shaping star product launch plans with retailer's digital team, establish the annual action plan, monitor brand presence and visibility on site and social media, increase brand reach on retailers' digital channels.
- Use search and insight tools to support campaigns.
E-Retailers/E-commerce
- Work with E-comm team to execute media buys for Sephora/Lazada collaboration ads and investment.
- Work with E-comm team for creation of digital assets for mega campaigns.
- Identify KOLs to push for mega retail campaigns and livestreams, if needed
