**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of company's products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and complementary technologies, and position company have in relation to them.
- Present the company solutions to executives and technical personnel at prospects and customers.
- Work hands-on with prospects and customers to communicate the value of company technologies.
- Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients. Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, customers, and resellers to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFI).
- Ensure that technical aspects of proposals align with customer requirements.
- Address technical inquiries from clients, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Work closely with customers and resellers to understand their technical requirements.
- Collaborate with resellers and vendor partners to provide comprehensive assistance for addressing customer technical inquiries.
- Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and align company solutions with their business objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute plans. Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve company products. Collaborate with internal teams to develop resources, documentation, and training materials that empower resellers to excel in customer interactions and technical support.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields), or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Previous experience and knowledge of BaaS/Banking as a Service, Loan Management System, and other Digital Financial Services platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial technology and industry trends.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and engaging with CTOs and CIOs.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to conduct demos and provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to handle diverse tasks to ensure success.
