**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Support for Sales**:
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the sales process.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Design and propose customized technical solutions that address customer needs.
- **Solution Design and Presentation**:
- Develop technical proposals, including configurations, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Articulate the technical features and benefits of Netweb's products and services.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with customers to answer technical questions and provide pre-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for internal sales team, customers and partners.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market trends.
- Coordinate with post-sales and technical support teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.
- **Market and Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Netweb's products, services, and industry trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market positioning and develop strategies to counteract competition.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, in the IT or technology sector.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and related technologies. Proficiency in designing and presenting technical solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to team success.
Pay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
