Working location: Kawasan Industri KIIC, Karawang

Requirements:

- Have working experience in manufacturing industry for production management, maintenancedies, die casting
- Have experience mínimal 3 years as a press mold in manufacturing automotive / parts.
- Have knowledge, skills and experience of press mold and the control management, trouble shooting machine and problem solving,

Key responsibility areas:

- Direct & oversee all maintenance activity in the plant
- Assess the condition of manufacturing plant & schedule maintenance
- Manage the parts & budgeting for maintenance & production process
- Respond to problems / malfunctions that occur in the manufacturing floor
- Hire, train, and manage personnel relating to die casting / die pressing and maintenance
- Review proposals by supervisors relating to maintenance and/or new equipment procurement
