**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify pricing trends, customer segments, and competitor pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather insights and develop pricing models that optimize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance metrics, such as pricing elasticity, customer acquisition cost, and price realization, to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain pricing databases and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Partnership team to do price negotiations with key vendors to secure favorable pricing terms and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to determine pricing strategies for new products and services, ensuring alignment with market demand and competitive positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics that may impact pricing strategies, and proactively make recommendations to senior management.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on pricing performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Train and mentor junior pricing team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their pricing analytical skills.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in pricing management, preferably in the payment point industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and other pricing analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive favorable pricing outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify pricing optimization opportunities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
