- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore scientific concepts, and develop a love for learning.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary connections and enhance the overall curriculum delivery.
- Incorporate digital tools and platforms effectively into instruction to enhance learning experiences and facilitate student-centered learning.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Science education, Elementary education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in primary science.
- Strong English proficiency is essential for effective communication with students and colleagues.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum, especially Primary Checkpoint, is highly desirable.
- Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding in interactions with others.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms in teaching and learning, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
