**JOB TITLE: Principal Engineer - Quality (QTP & R1T Programme)**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Establish, implement and steer Quality Transformation Programme (QTP) to support Project delivery.
- The implementation of a QTP programme will be under the leadership of COMPANY to deliver a defect free project that starts up and stays up from day one. Monthly metrics reporting on QTP Performance.
- Establishing and implementing "Reward and Recognition" programme for Project's personnel including supply chain stakeholders (i.e. Vendors and subcontractors).
- Develop Rights 1st time (R1T) programme for the Project.
- Coordinate with DEFECT area champions who are typically existing functional managers (i.e., Engineering Manager, Construction Manager, etc.) responsible for leading the R1T action identification workshops, performance management of the actions, escalation to R1T sponsor where appropriate and responsible for providing and verifying the agreed R1T KPIs.
- Conducting Paper verification of Project resources' competency assessment.
- Performing Quality stand downs and issuing Quality alerts in Project.
- Performing Task force / shop floor / module yard / site walk throughs as per QTP programme.
- Running QTP Promotion and campaigns at Project level.
- Facilitating QTP town hall meetings.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Highly experienced or specialists, typically more than 15 years of experience in oil and gas projects in related discipline. Must have experience in Right First Time Quality initiatives.
- Should have experience in oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
- Should have previously worked with major EPC contractor in similar role.
- Lead Auditor training, auditing experience is preferred.
