Process Associate

**REQUIREMENTS**- Fresh Graduate (or maximal 1 year working experience) with maximum age of 25.- Excellent writing skills as well as command of both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point), and preferably have the ability to type fast but still maintain an eye for details.- Good understanding of financial analysis / economic condition / various business sectors.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimum supervision.- Ability to prioritize and estimate work.- Ability to work with pressure and deadlinesAs a Data / Business Analyst, you'll work as part of a team to create Business Information Reports, with specific responsibilities as follows:- Making an telephonic interview with the Source to collect all the information needed about the Subject.- Searching from all possible source to gather information about the Subject.- Analyze the performance / financial conditions / risk of the Subject, and present them in a structure, informative, and comprehensive written form.- Handling day-to-day enquiries, reports, and administration within the group.- Collaborate with the team to handle and complete assigned tasks
