Coordinate with internal stakeholders on proposed activities that impact the company's business processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the creation of internal regulations, including new regulations, regulation development, etc., and assist in the administration process until the regulations are successfully issued and disseminated.
Perform the assurance function of business process implementation, ensuring that internal regulations are optimally implemented.
Conduct evaluations and report to management on the implementation of development initiatives and progress related to the issuance of internal regulations within the company.
Min Bachelor Degree from reputable university
A background in economics or business/management is a strong advantage.
Min 3 years career experience in various sector, 1-2 years experience in banking/financial institution is more preferable
Experience in works related to project management, product management, operational management, compliance
