**Your Contribution**:
- Perform root cause analysis for recurrent problems and implement/propose solutions.
- Lead the process of improvement projects to support departmental KPI's
- Follow up production KPI's on a daily based.
- Support autonomous maintenance pillar, quality pillar for the department and other TPM activities.
- Performing machine standardization and also design new system for continue improvement.
- Supporting analysis and feasibility study for new product and simulate them
- Support 5S, GMP, EHS, TPM activities in the department.
- Make continues improvements related to quality, safety and cost reduction.
- Controlling the availability of parts in the kanban, supervising production lines, evaluation, production, and projects.
- Carry out the work ordered by the superiors.
- Reviewing and control drawing changes for products or machine spare parts
- Periodical review machine performance and capability.
- Make technical drawing for tools or devices required to producing new article.
- Make engineering drawings as tools or devices needed for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance/training on the production process of the Ampoule & Pipette department to production team.
- Together with the mechanic team and production team, take an active role in eliminating deviations in the production process.
- Establish standard process along with production team and formalized in approved document.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor in mechanical or industrial engineering
- 5 years experience as process engineer, a leader of improvement task force team.
- EDP, English
- Have knowledge in 3D Inventor Autodesk.
- Capable to use measurement devices: caliper and profile projector.
- Analytic skill (QC 7 tools, fishbone, 5 why analysis) & problem-solving knowledge.
- Understand the concept of lean TPM, 5S concept, maintenance management.
- Able to implement the lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Able to carry out hazard identification and EHS risks assessment as well as identification and assessment environmental aspects of environmental impacts.
- Have a good leadership behavior,and good communication for internal or cross departement.
