**Your Contribution**:
- Perform root cause analysis for recurrent problems and implement/propose solutions
- Lead the process of improvement projects to support departmental KPI's.
- Follow up production KPI's on a daily base
- Support autonomous maintenance pillar, quality pillar for the department and other TPM activities
- Machine standardization
- In charge of feasibility study for new products
- Support 5S/GMP activities in the department
- Make continues improvements related to quality, safety or cost reduction in the production department.
- Follow shift hand over
- Controlling the stock of parts in the kanban and picking up parts at the warehouse if the parts in the kanban
empty.
- Act as deputy of production supervisor
- Giving report to superior regarding improvement
- Carry out the work ordered by the superiors.
- Reviewing articles changes
- Periodical review machine performance and capability
- Handling the mechanical machines problem that can not be handled by the Set Up.
- Make sure the tool that will be used in good condition for production planning two weeks in the future.
- Make technical drawing for tools or devices required to producing new article
- Provide guidance/training to use new technology to set up, set up assistant and operator
- Provide guidance/training on the production process to new operators in the hot area.
- Together with the mechanic team, take an active role in eliminating deviations in the production process.
- Inform the problems to the next shift for setup man.
**Your Profile**:
- Engineering degree in machine engineering
- 5 years in production
- EDP, English
- Capable to do machine/setup setting, and fire setting
- Capable to use measurement devices: caliper and profile projector
- Capable to use welding machine, lathe machine and turning machine
- Able to do basic electricity installation
- Analytic skill & problem solving knowledge
- Understand of TPM & 5S concept
- Lean manufacturing
