**Your Responsibilities**:
- The compliance and implementation of all requirements regarding quality, environment, and safety within its process
- The coordination and management of the process team
- The coordination and management of the change process
- Cost unit responsibility for changes, optimizations, etc.
- Drawing conformity for parts in series
- The technical development and ongoing optimization of the products
- The reduction in product and process costs
- The creation of product and process specifications
- The coordination of product-related changes to tools and parts
**Who we are looking for**:
- Technical education (bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry
- Knowledge in AOI vision stations
- Knowledge in PLC programming
- Knowledge in industrial electronics / pneumatics / hydraulics
- Knowledge in CAD programs AutoCAD / SolidWorks
- Knowledge in Strain measurement methodology for electronics industry
- Good knowledge of process management
- Good knowledge of project management
- Good knowledge of problem solving and moderation
- Handling MS office programs
- Analytical, conceptual and comprehensive thinking and acting skills
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Readiness for traveling
- Customer oriented and team player
**Your preferred qualifications**
- Good knowledge of Robot soldering / Pin insertion / Press fit / Heat stacking / Vibration welding processes
- Knowledge of automotive core tools (8D, IATF, VDA6.3, PPAP, APQP, etc.)
