Purpose of Role:
Weir Minerals, a member of the Weir Group PLC, is the market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of minerals processing equipment to the mining industry, both within Australia and throughout the world.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to join our Integrated Solutions Team. You will have the challenge of assisting our customers by delivering solutions to optimise their operations. You will join a newly formed team and work within the Area Manager Network. The role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and you will be required to provide Engineering Support to the Indonesia's customer.

Key Responsibilities:
- A high level of focus on Comminution, Classification and Pumping systems- Carry out Process Investigations, Debottlenecking and Optimization Audits- Develop a high level of competency regarding software-based simulation programs such as JK Simmet.-
- Use Microsoft platforms such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint for your data storage, presentations and reports.- Work Safely and actively protect the environment.- Enhance the Mineral Processing knowledge of your colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary degree in Metallurgy or Process Engineering- Proven 5-10 years of exposure to Onsite Mineral Processing Operations- Commissioning and Project Management skills are highly desired.- Flexibility to travel.- Ability for lateral thinking with regards to problem solving- A high level of motivation and an ability to work unsupervised.- The desire to enjoy a hands-on environment.
