Your tasks and responsibilities:

Optimization and standardization of production and process technology of ink manufacturing, which is applied in the world-wide manufacturing facilities from scale-up to commercial manufacture
- Continoues Improvement program roll out for all SCM related area
- Evaluation of Process production in each Ink Type/Family/classes in coordination with Process Engineer
- Development and optimization of industrialization / scale-up procedures from pilot installations to production facilities
- Development and implementation of standards for machines as well as standard for the machine and process operation
- Continuesly improvement project in production flow and production process to eliminate waste and increasing the product's quality and productivity
- Socialize and inform his / her subordinates on every new updates of HSE requirements and procedures and remind his subordinates on the existing HSE requirements and procedures periodically
- Give information to HSE team in case of behavioural problem of SCM team concerning HSE compliance
- Qualifications:
