**What you'll do**
Face exciting new challenges, with the support of others, to navigate our constantly changing manufacturing environment. We never give up in diligently ensuring our patients receive quality and safe medicines, responding to a large variety of, often complex, demands.
- Responsible for the packaging operations of pharmaceutical products.
- Develops and supervises the progress of all personnel in Production area in coordination with Plant Manager.
- Responsible for delivering on time (schedule adherence) and cycle time reduction.
- Responsible for the new technology transfer
- Responsible for validation of packaging processes, products and equipment including CSV.
- Responsible for strict compliance of all packaging-related operations with cGMP-rules Global Quality Policy.
- Accountable for implementation of SHE and DEPNAKER's UKK (Industrial Hygiene and Safety) requirement in Production area in coordination with Plant Manager.
- Responsible for embedding Lean principle in Production Area
- Accountable for production-related report to the Authorities cq. Department of Health of Republic of Indonesia in coordination with Plant Manager.
**Essential for the role**
- A bachelor's degree, majoring in Pharmacy.
- At least 5 years practical experience in pharmaceutical factory.
- Familiar with GMP (Good Manufactoring Practice) and SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) standard.
- Leadership skill.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Active English, both oral and written.
