**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Experience in leading strategic major procurement projects or programs for clients in both public and private sectors.
- A robust background in tender preparation, development, and management, with a particular emphasis on negotiation skills.
- Proven expertise in commissioning, client relationship management, and people management.
- Proficient in developing and utilizing various contract forms, with a specific focus on FIDIC, NEC, SIA, or equivalent formats.
- Possess, be working towards, or be open to working towards MCIPS accreditation.
- Demonstrated ability in business generation, including bid development.
- Ideally, hold a degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law, or procurement.
