**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist for all Procurement duties
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other important data
- Create and maintain good relationships with Vendors/Suppliers
- Making professional decisions in fast-paced environment
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply and price options
- Develops plans for the purchasing equipment, services and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Assist for General Affairs duties

**Requirement**s**:

- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems.
- Have min. 3 years previous experience as procurement officer or related positions.
- Proficient computers skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Have excellent communication and negotiable skill.
- Committed to work, Innovative, Responsible, Pro-active, Able to handle challenges.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and writing.
