Procurement & General Affair (Ga)

Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing, bidding, and appointment vendors/suppliers for purchasing and rent Company Asset

Research potential vendors/suppliers

Compare and evaluate offers and quality of purchased products from vendors/suppliers

Maintain order details databases (e.g. vendors/suppliers, quantities, prices)

Updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Responsible for every operational activity / event in the company for validation and tracking Assets

Organizing Asset Buying and coordinate with Accounting for list assets and purchasing

Taking Care of The Company Asset (labelling, maintenance, inventory tracking assets)
With extensive experience, min 1-2 year(s) experience in Procurement

A Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any fields

Have a driving license would be advantage

Good understanding of lobbying and negotiation techniques

Having knowledge of developing vendor/ supplier's contract

Proficient with Excel and business procurement system

Proactive and able to work collaboratively

Can communicate well and effectively

Strong analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
