Procurement Import Executive

Job Summary Procurement Import Executive will handle all import shipments based on operational demands.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Review and negotiate supplier terms, pricing and deliverables
- Prepare and checking all document for clearance goods in Indonesia port/airport
- Communicate shipment requirements and deadlines to all parties involved
- Tracking suppliers delivery schedules.
- Checking all supported documents.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on company's standard.
Job requirement;
- At least 5 years of working experience as Import Purchasing
- Tech savvy.
- Fluent in english is a must,
- Able to speak mandarin language is an advantage
- Solid knowledge and understanding of import processes, policy, and systems.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Maximum 30 years old.
