Procurement Import Staff

Requirement:

- Male/ Female (Max.
28 years old)
- Min.
Diploma degree or Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Management, Economic, Management, English Literature.
- 1-2 years work experience in procurement export and import
- Understand the processes and documents needed in export and import activities
- Proficient in English is must (listening, writing, speaking)
- Proficient in operating Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Good teamwork, communicate and negotiate

**Responsibilities**:

- Process the purchase of imported goods from suppliers until the goods arrive
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas vendors
- Mastering and understanding the customs clearance process for import seafreight and airfreight
- Checking the completeness of import documents
- Prepare payment invoice documents
