Process the request from Users for talent listing

Prepare proposals, request quotation and negotiate purchase terms and conditions

Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns

Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings

Looking for Vendor and negotiate as the requirements

Handle and makesure all the talent needs are sufficient
Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Communications, Public Relations, Managements or relative fields

Have an experience to deals with KOL and Talent would be preferred

Have an experience at least 2-3 years on purchasing / procurement

Good management, negotiation and communications skill

Creative, initiative, detail and accountability

Flexible enough to working on weekends (if needed)
