As a** Procurement Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of procurement activities, contributing to the strategic direction of our sourcing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, showcasing a proven track record of successful sourcing and cost management.
- Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates negotiation skills and highlights past accomplishments in strategic sourcing.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of procurement processes, market trends, and familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of overseeing procurement activities from vendor selection through contract negotiation, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost-effective sourcing.
- Adjust procurement strategies to align with organizational needs, demonstrating flexibility to meet evolving project requirements.
- Manage, supervise, and coach the Procurement team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in strategic sourcing and negotiation. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Leverage expertise in procurement tools and software to enhance the overall sourcing process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
