JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify potential suppliers for goods and services
- Develop and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
- Evaluate bids and proposals based on cost, quality, and other criteria
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms for the company
- Manage the purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders and expediting deliveries
- Track and monitor supplier performance
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Stay up-to-date on procurement laws and regulations
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in procurement or a related field, fresh graduates are welcome to aplly.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
