Job Description Summary:
Responsible for managing data consolidation, developing meaningful reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement operations.
**Job Description**:
- Manage Procurement data consolidation and extraction and ensure timely distribution and consolidation to support the requirements of the Procurement Organization
- Responsible for defining the structure of Procurement reports in a way that would be meaningful at various levels of the Procurement Organization
- Develop and distribute Procurement reports and templates (e.g. Supplier Performance Measurement templates, User Compliance reports) to support reporting and tracking across the Procurement Organization
- Consolidate, analyze and benchmark buying channel effectiveness across spend categories and develop buying channel improvement plans in conjunction with the Head of Procurement Excellence and Category Manager
- Collect relevant PO and contract data and perform the calculation and tracking of Procurement Contribution by category with alignment from the Category Manager
- Gather historical spend data and support the consolidation of Procurement Budgeting Cycle per category in collaboration with the Category Manager and Finance
- Gather relevant PO and contract data to measure compliance against defined compliance metrics
- Support the development of User & Procurement Compliance Reports in alignment with the Procurement Excellence Governance, Policies & Compliance Team
- Support the execution of the Procurement Plan and Business Objectives, including initiatives to improve the capability of reporting across the Procurement Organization in conjunction with the Head of Procurement Excellence
- Work in close collaboration with the Procurement GBS Service Management Reporting Team to ensure consistency of reports and templates as well as to encourage knowledge sharing between the GBS and Retained Procurement Organization
- Develop and maintain knowledge-base across Procurement Reporting and best practices to ensure transfer of knowledge over time
- Ensure management and improvement of Procurement data quality to drive continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and increasing overall process effectiveness
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.- Proven experience in procurement reporting or a related analytical role.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Experience in procurement or supply chain management preferred.- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
