**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential food and beverage suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to secure favourable agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Implement inventory control techniques to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Develop cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining product quality.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverage products to various locations.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, cost analysis, and savings.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Proven experience in food and beverage procurement, with a track record of successful cost management and vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
