**Job Overview**:
The Procurement & Sourcing Officer will oversee the company's purchasing activities. This position will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet organizational requirements.
- Track and analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while continuously seeking new opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
