Procurement Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure goods and services in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend the best suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Plan and execute procurement activities, including conducting market research, preparing request for proposals and quotes, and evaluating vendor proposals.
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct ongoing performance evaluations to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other supporting documentation.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure compliance with purchasing requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
