**Procurement Specialist**:

Join us as a Procurement Specialist for the Electrification Business area where you will be facilitating purchases from suppliers include researching key suppliers, negotiating purchase agreements, and ensuring all products and materials meet company standards. Assisting the analysis and preparation of contracts and working closely with legal teams as well as supplier to meet business requirements. This position reports to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager and based in Tangerang, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leading the sourcing process, inclusive of defining sourcing approach, identifying suitable potential vendors, developing and executing RFX, evaluating proposals (against business requirements, and total costs of ownership), and providing supplier recommendation
- Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors, working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts comply with the local and business regulation.
- Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to deliver savings and drive benefits through smarter/efficient sourcing.
- Establishing savings tracking methodology, perform savings confirmation, and report on project status.
- Leading vendor performance review for key assigned vendors, in compliance with third party risk management policy and procedures, and value optimization
- Performing efficient execution of P2P processes, effective implementation of policy, procedures and controls, administration of vendor management, and supplier risk analysis
- Supporting global sourcing initiatives as required
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with GPA minimum 3.3
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in procurement process, preferably from similar business industry
- Experience in Supplier Life Cycle Management, Sourcing Activity, Procurement, SAP, ARIBA, Competitive Bidding, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Supplier Qualification Process, Cost Reduction, Spend Analysis
- Experience in Category Management, Knowledge of Electrification Supplier List is an added advantage
