Currently, we are actively looking for a **PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST** to join our dynamic team based in Semarang, Indonesia.
Your mission:
**Missions 1: Administrative**
- Manage FLEGT submission to system
- Maintain purchase records in system

**Missions 2: Supplier liaison**
- Build and maintain relationship and good communication with suppliers
- Checking customs documents from supplier such as commercial invoice, FLEGT and Bill of Lading
- Purchase goods with specified delivery targets (Leadtime, quantity, price)
- Monitoring purchase order to meet delivery targets
- Manage and provide effective monitoring of the supplier's performance through evaluation report (quarterly performance report and monthly penalty report)
- Monitor Suppliers to send booking of vessel to Forwarder with the good delivery date
- Be the key person for communication between supplier, Transport team and Customs Broker at Destination

**Missions 3: Data Analysis**
- Contribute to the procurement session by presenting analysis result based on shared information from both Sourcing and Quality team
- Create frequent report to highlight issue and find opportunity to improve tools and process

**Missions 4: Internal liaison**
- Maintain strong relationship with local team and Head Office to gather information to prevent and anticipate potential issues at suppliers/vendors
- Participate to weekly meeting with the Global Procurement team

**Required skills**:

- Min 5 years 'experience in procurement/supply chain
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with data analysis, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Rigorous on daily operational task and having the ability to step back to get a global view and analyze the situation
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time with efficiency
- Good communication skills, team player and autonomous
- Experience in furniture industry is a plus
