Conduct strong analytics before making low-risk decisions on behalf of the procurement manager. Propose innovative cost-saving solutions. Cost validation and negotiation for all IT functions (Infrastructure, cloud, data center, IT support). Cost validation and negotiation for ATL, BTL and Digital activity marketing. Prepare comprehensive analysis for purchase evaluation and recommendation (based on historical data, industry trend, competition, business case) Provide compliance analysis for every purchase Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of experience in procurement, with a preference for expertise in IT and Marketing categories. Proficiency in hardware/software and services procurement strategies, including analyzing user needs and specifications. High curiosity of project progress on compliance with company procedure Strong analytical skills for making informed, low-risk decisions on behalf of the procurement manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Experience with ERP applications, specifically in the procurement module. Expertise in managing procurement for IT infrastructure and services (e.g., data centers, ISPs, servers, network devices, professional services), digital placement (e.g., digital media, influencers), sales support materials (e.g., vendor trophies, acrylics, booths), and brand activation (e.g., booth setups, outlet makeovers, neon signs).
