Procurement Staff

Job Description: Prepare a list of purchases of goods/services needed by employees. Coordination with the procurement team/junior staff regarding the purchase of goods. Categorize purchase lists and compile a list of vendors providing goods or services. Request purchase approval from management or the finance team regarding the proposed budget. Contact and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to get the best offer. Analyze the most profitable offers. Create order documents or purchase orders (PO) and send them to suppliers/vendors. Track and ensure delivery or work execution goes well. Check the quality of goods/services in accordance with the purchase contract/PO. Document purchasing/PO documents. Communicate with the logistics department for recording incoming goods, and the finance department for payment of goods/services. Conduct performance reviews of the purchasing process Qualifications: Min. 2 years as procurement/purchasing Familiar with Odoo ERP applications (preferred) Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Have a leadership spirit, thorough, honest and agile. Have good negotiation, communication and adaptation skills. Able to work individually and in a team
