We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Strategic Intern to support our team in executing strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement in our procurement processes. **Your main duties in flying with us**:

- Assist in the development and issuance of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Analyze supplier responses, comparing pricing, terms, and capabilities
- Support the evaluation and selection process, documenting key findings and recommendations

Supplier Management**:
- Prequalification: Conduct initial research and screening of potential suppliers
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met
- Performance Evaluation: Track supplier performance against key metrics (e.g., quality, delivery, cost) and identify areas for improvement
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and open communication

Strategic Procurement Activities**:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers, analyze industry trends, and benchmark pricing
- Unit Rate Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate unit rate models to inform sourcing decisions and negotiate favorable terms
- Digitalization and Transformation: Support the implementation of digital tools and technologies to streamline procurement processes and enhance data-driven decision-making

Other Duties**:
- Assist with contract management, including reviewing terms and conditions, tracking renewals, and ensuring compliance
- Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations

**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
