Job Description Develop And Implement Procurement Strategies And Plans In Alignment With Project Objectives And TimelinesLead The Procurement Team In The Execution Of Procurement Activities, Including Sourcing, Supplier Selection, Contract Negotiation, And Purchase Order PlacementCoordinate With Project Management, Engineering, And Construction Teams To Ensure That Procurement Activities Are Aligned With Project Requirements And TimelinesManage Supplier Relationships, Including Supplier Performance Evaluations And Corrective Action PlansMonitor And Report On Procurement Progress And Performance, Including Cost, Schedule, And QualityEnsure Compliance With Company Procurement Policies And Procedures, As Well As Applicable Laws And RegulationsIdentify And Mitigate Procurement RisksRequirement Min. Bachelor's degree. Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plusMinimum of 5 years of experience in procurement at EPC, especially mining related projectsStrong knowledge of procurement processes and best practicesExcellent leadership and project management skillsStrong negotiation and influencing skillsExperience with procurement software and toolsStrong ethics and integrity is non-negotiableFluent in Bahasa and English Language
