Job Description Implement Various Effective Procurement Processes To Reduce Expenses And Build Long-term Profitability For The Company.Define Sourcing Strategy To Achieve Cost Savings That Is In Alignment With Company's ObjectivesLead And Mentor A Team Of Procurement, Buyer, Expeditor And Logistics Professionals, Providing Guidance And Support To Achieve Departmental Targets.Maintaining And Grow Partnerships With Internal And External Team Across Functions FrequentlyCollaborate With Project Managers, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders To Identify Procurement Needs And Specifications For Various Projects.Develop And Maintain Procurement Policies, Procedures, And Documentation To Ensure Compliance With Legal And Regulatory RequirementsRequirement Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement & supply chain, with experience in the EPC industry.Have exposure to contracts bench markingProject management experience to drive improvement initiatives'Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong written and communication skillsStrong negotiation skills
