You will be support INDICO Procurement Team completing duties as needed while performing procurement activities in the organization, such as but not limited to:
- Crafting and circulate document related procurement activities for management approval which includes minutes off meeting, request for proposal ("RFP"), approval sheet, and draft Contract/Purchase Order;
- Maintaining documents related to procurement process (proposals, quotations, agreements, and other related documents) as requested and approved by Procurement Lead;
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development through researching and evaluating prospective suppliers;
- Help INDICO Procurement Team to provide benchmarking data from market survey and other source related to the procurement activities required;
- Accompany INDICO Procurement Team to have regular and/or immediate coordination with INDICO Internal Team (User Team and Enabler Team) for every procurement activity related;
- Support in record any documents related to procurement activities for audit purpose;
- Support in monitoring execution of transactions and documentation related to specific project in INDICO (I.e Digital Food Ecosystem);
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates or final year students are welcoming to apply, and able to join as soon as possible. Having experience and/or knowledge related to Procurement or Supply Chain will be an advantage. The experience can be from specific project during college, other internship experience, and other working experience.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail;
- Excellent (native-equivalent) verbal & written English, and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Hands-on mentality, willing to perform continuous learning, and yes-if mindset;
